Fully fenced with electronically controlled entry/exit gates and high resolution security cameras throughout the facilities.  Electronic Controlled access is on both the entry and exits.

All RV sized units 15x45 and larger have individually metered power in each, including a 30amp RV power outlet in each unit. 

“Smart Phone Application” that allows entry/exit to the facility, under the same terms and times as keypad access.

Month to month rental from the 1st of the month through the last day of the month.  Move-in day is prorated from the first of the move-in month, paying the amount due for the remainder of that month, then rental periods convert to the 1st day of the month through the last day of the month thereafter.

There is no application fee charged when renting though a fully refundable security deposit is collected at move-in.
